Useful information for accessing and contacting the Employment Academy.

The Employment Academy is a hub of services helping people back into work. Free for anyone to access, we are open Monday to Thursday 10am to 4pm and Friday 10am to 1pm.

Together with a range of partners Thames Reach delivers services designed to get people into work on a decent wage that provides stable income and ensures no-one needs to lose their home.

How to find the Employment Academy:

Step-free access is via the entrance on Havil Street.

For PACT, please use the side entrance on Havil Street.

The Employment Academy building at 29 Peckham Road is located at the junction of Peckham Road and Havil Street in the London Borough of Southwark, postcode SE5 8UA.

Travel

By bus: Bus routes 12, 36, 171, 345 and 436 as well as N89, N136 and N171 stop at Vestry Road, just a few steps from the Employment Academy.

By train: The nearest overground stations are Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye, each about 15-20 minutes walking distance. Buses connect to Elephant & Castle (12 & 171), Vauxhall (36, 436), Peckham Rye (12) and Brixton (345)

By car: There is no parking at the Employment Academy with the exception of one disabled parking space.

By bike: There are bicycle racks on the premises as well as outside the main gate. Please notify reception if you would like to get access to the covered bicycle storage area in the court yard.
