The forum is now open to anyone who is interested in the GROW scheme that would like to discuss the project. We would like to hear from staff and service users that have been involved with GROW.
Thames Reach is interested in discussing with other organisations what they are doing that they feel aids in the success of homeless people getting work within the sector.
We'd also like to hear about the challenges and difficulties organisations are facing in making this a reality.
We hope that this discussion forum will give us all an opportunity to share good practice and find ways to overcome barriers to employing service users. Download the document
