GROW - Giving Real Opportunities for Work

The GROW scheme aims to change the culture of the sector so that it fully embraces employing service users and provides real opportunities for work - Vision

 

Thames Reach offers a national consultancy service to organisations within the sector and has helped to set up partnerships of agencies in local areas - National GROW Programme

 

Thames Reach has seen service user employment rise consistently so that today 23% of our staff have experienced homelessness.
