The GROW scheme now offers a national consultancy service to organisations across the homelessness sector.
The service has been set up to develop service user employment opportunities, focusing on themes such as the benefits and challenges of employing service users, identifying and overcoming organisational barriers and developing routes into employment.
Thames Reach, having successfully instigated the GROW scheme over the past three years, has seen service user employment rise consistently such that today, 20% of our staff have experienced homelessness.
