Southwark Reach

Are you struggling to cope?

Southwark Reach’s goal is to find and support Southwark’s most vulnerable men and women.

This free support service for adults, funded by the Council, is available to everyone in the borough of Southwark.

If you – or someone you know – are not currently getting any support but could benefit from it, please let us know.

Experienced workers can visit you at home and have access to interpreters if English is not your first language.

Call us for free on 0808 168 0708, write to us for free at Freepost RRBL-ETAU-CRST, Southwark Reach, 48-54 Denmark Hill, London, SE5 8RZ or email contact@southwarkreach.org.

Please provide your contact details so that we can get in touch and find out as much as possible about you or the person you are concerned about.

This work is being funded by the Borough of Southwark’s Supporting People Team. The Council is also funding two other services, one for people aged 16 to 21 and the other working with those aged 60 years and over.

Southwark Reach is for people aged from 21 to 60.

But if you fall outside this age bracket you can still contact us and we will put you in touch with the appropriate service.
