Supporting Hackney's most vulnerable men and women

Hackney Reach supports some of the borough’s most vulnerable men and women.

This free service is open to everyone who lives in the North East and Stoke Newington areas of the borough and who is at risk of becoming homeless and/or has specific support needs.

Hackney Reach’s aim is to work with people who need support, are at their most vulnerable and want to make changes in their lives. Helping people across Hackney, the service aims to prevent homelessness and reduce hospital admissions.
