Ending Rough Sleeping

Thames Reach's response to the Department for Communities and Local Government's discussion paper

Thames Reach greatly welcomes the government’s commitment to ending rough sleeping. We believe that 2012 should be established as the date when there will no longer be anybody sleeping rough in England. Given the small numbers of people sleeping rough in the country, ending rough sleeping by this date is eminently achievable.
